Fox & Pony Estate – A Chef’s Garden

This garden is home to a foodie family and restauranteur Andrew Targett. Having spent the better part of 30 years in the kitchen, the addition of a herb, vegetable and flower garden was well overdue. Set above the 1930’s homestead, the large 750m2 ‘vege patch’ overlooks the property’s stables, paddocks and riding arena. Farm to table has been the goal from the outset. Sheltered by 3 large oak trees and nestled in to the hillside with natives, hydrangeas and a full fruiting orchard, there’s plenty to see here.

**Special Interest: Market Day on Saturday and Sunday with Whistler & Reid Hats, Anna Wilkins from Wildblooms, Ellie from Wild & Bee & Esther from Pongakawa Hilltop Nursery**
