Festival Pass information

We call our Tickets, “Festival Passes.”

Festival Passes come in two ways – A Multi-Day Festival Pass or a One Day Festival Pass.

Muti-Day Festival Pass

This will give you access on all four days of the festival, Thursday 14th November – Sunday 17th November and access to Bloom in the Bay, the festival hub.

One Day Festival Pass

This will give you access on any one day of the festival, Thursday 14th – Sunday 17th November and access to Bloom in the Bay on any one day of the festival. Monitoring is in place to ensure the One day festival pass is used for one day only.

Your Festival Pass entitles you to a physical festival pack which will be available from late August onwards and will include:

  • A festival directory – with all the garden and art trails, Bloom in the Bay, and festival information you will need to plan your experience.
  • A festival map.
  • Your festival access lanyard – this must be worn at all times during the festival to give you access. You will be asked for it if you are not wearing it.

These Festival Packs will be available from late August 2024.

Depending on where and when you purchased your Festival Pass will dictate when and how you receive your pack.

If you purchased a Mother’s Day, Early Bird, or Festival Pass Voucher from Palmers Bethlehem, you will need to take your voucher back into the store after the 7th of August and exchange it for your festival pack. Festival packs will not be ready for pick up from Palmers Bethlehem before the 7th of August.

If you purchased a festival pass online from Eventfinda, you would have had to select a delivery method; these options are:

  • Delivery Within NZ major towns & cities $9.00
  • Rural Courier within NZ  $13.00
  • Collect from Tauranga I-Site – FREE

The option you selected will be on your email receipt you would have received after purchasing a festival pass online. Sometimes this email may go to your junk folder.

If you selected “delivery” – you do not need to do anything further and our team will send your festival pack out to you to the address you provided us with after the 21st August.

If you selected “Collect from i-Site” – your festival pack will be available for you to collect from 1 Devonport Road, Tauranga CBD after the 21st August. You will need to show a copy of your Eventfinda receipt and ID to collect your pack.

Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure you have collected your festival pack. If possible, do not leave collecting your festival pack to the last minute, as the closer to the festival it gets, the busier we will be.

Important Note:

Festival Passes that are purchased from Eventfinda after the 31st October will not be able to be couriered out – due to the time frame, therefore you will need to collect them from Tauranga iSite (1 Devonport Road, Tauranga CBD). Alternatively after 21st August, festival packs will be available to purchase from Palmers Bethlehem, i-Site Tauranga, Décor Gardenworld, Pacifica Home and Garden Store, Tropicana Gardenworld, Te Puke Florists and Katch Katikati.
