For the first time in the history of the Bay of Plenty Garden and Art Festival, Bradley (Bosch Tattoo) will be joining us at Bloom in the Bay in our dedicated Tattoo Studio. Bradley and his fellow artists will have designs available over the Festival for you to get tattooed, or you can stop by to learn about his process and the art of modern tattooing. This is a wonderful opportunity to get a tattoo in an open, friendly environment and create a lasting memory of your visit to the Bay of Plenty Garden and Art Festival.
